Certified Trainers set our new Culinary and Service Team Members up for success. You make sure they’re properly trained to do things ‘The Cheddar's Way.’ You’ll also fulfill critical Team Member roles in the restaurant.

TEAM LEAD

You are Management's go-to person. You’ll help run the shift, check on Guests, elevate concerns, ensure our food continuously meets our high standards, assist in opening the restaurant and flex between your Team Lead role and your everyday job.
